John Land has recently published an article on New Zealand competition law (Clarifying New Zealand Competition Law (2019) 25 NZBLQ 255). This article discusses the recent Supreme Courtprice fixing decision in the Lodge case and where this has left New Zealand competition law. In the article John discusses a number of important New Zealand competition law concepts and how those have been clarified by the Supreme Court decision. He also discusses some issues that the Supreme Court failed to deal with in its decision.
