The New Zealand Bar Association (NZBA) 2024 Gender Ratio Report, released earlier this month, found that women remain underrepresented in our Higher Courts. Bankside Barrister Kelly Quinn KC and Nura Taefi KC of Shortland Chambers prepared the report.
