Christine is also very experienced in mediation and arbitration.

Tom Weston KC: Tom's practice involves both litigation in the Courts, at all levels including the Supreme Court, and by way of arbitration, both as arbitrator and as counsel. Tom handles a wide range of commercial litigation but also conducts trust and construction cases.

She has acted as counsel in all of New Zealand’s higher courts and in numerous leading cases.
