Immigration and refugee law

Our members are available to bring and respond to appeals and applications for judicial review in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court concerning immigration and refugee decisions made by the Minister of Immigration, the Immigration and Protection Tribunal, Immigration New Zealand and the Refugee Status Branch (including decisions made by immigration officers, refugee and protection officers, and the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment).
